Product Introduction:
       The continuous disc dryer is a kind of efficient conductive continuous drying equipment. Its unique structure and working principle determine that it has high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, good operating environment and other characteristics, widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural and sideline products processing industry drying operations. It has been well received in various industries. Now the production of atmospheric pressure, closed, vacuum three types, 1200, 1500, 2200, 3000 four kinds, A(carbon steel), B(contact material parts are stainless steel), C (on the basis of B, add steam pipe, spindle and support for stainless steel, cylinder and cover top lining stainless steel). Three kinds of materials, drying area of 4 ~ 180m 2, a total of hundreds of models of series products, and can provide supporting auxiliary equipment, can meet the needs of users for various materials drying.


Working principle:
       The wet material self-feeder is continuously added to the drying disc of the first layer above the dryer, and the rake arm with the rake blade is rotated so that the rake arm is rotated so that the rake blade is continuously turned over the material. The material flows through the surface of the drying tray along the exponential helix. The material on the small drying tray is transferred to the outer edge and falls to the outer edge of the large drying tray below. The material on the large drying tray moves inward and falls to the next small drying tray through the middle blanking port. The size of the drying tray is arranged alternately up and down, so that the material can flow continuously through the entire dryer. The heating medium in the form of saturated steam, hot water and heat conduction oil is passed into the hollow drying disc. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying disc and is exported from the other end. The dried material falls to the bottom of the shell from the last drying tray and is finally transferred to the discharge port by the rake leaf. The moisture escapes from the material and is discharged by the moisture discharge port on the top cover. The moisture of the vacuum disc dryer is discharged by the vacuum pump port on the top cover. Dry material discharged from the bottom layer can be packaged directly. By adding fin heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag dust collector, dry material remixing mechanism, induced draft fan and other auxiliary machines, it can improve its drying production capacity, dry paste and heat sensitive materials, can easily recover solvent, and can carry out pyrolysis and reaction operations.


(1) Easy control and strong applicability
◎ The drying process can be optimized by adjusting the thickness of the material layer, the spindle speed, the number of rake arms, the type and size of rake blades. ◎ Each layer of drying disc can be heated or cooled separately by entering hot or cold media, and the temperature control of the material is accurate and easy.
◎ The residence time of the material can be precisely adjusted. ◎ The flow of the material is single, no backmixing phenomenon, uniform drying, stable quality, no need to remix. (2) The operation is simple and easy
◎ The operation of driving and parking of the dryer is very simple.
◎ After the feed is stopped, the transfer material dirt rake blade can quickly empty the material in the dryer.
◎ Through the special large view door of the sight mirror, the equipment can be carefully cleaned and observed.
(3) Low energy consumption
◎ The material layer is very thin, the spindle speed is low, the material transfer system requires less power and less power consumption. Dry by conduction heat, high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption.
(4) Good operating environment, recyclable solvent, dust emission meets the requirements
◎ Atmospheric pressure type: due to the low airflow speed in the equipment, and the low humidity distribution in the equipment, dust is difficult to float to the top of the equipment, so the exhaust gas discharged from the top wet outlet almost does not contain dust.
◎ Closed type: equipped with solvent recovery device, can easily recover organic solvents in wet gas. Solvent recovery device is simple, high recovery rate, for flammable, explosive, toxic and easily oxidized materials, nitrogen can be used as a wet gas for closed cycle, so that it is safe to operate. Especially suitable for the drying of flammable, explosive and toxic materials.
Vacuum type: disc dryer operated in vacuum, especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials. (5) Easy installation, small footprint
◎ The dryer as a whole factory, overall transportation, only need to be lifted in place, installation positioning is very easy. Due to the layer arrangement and vertical installation of the drying tray, the drying area is large and the floor area is small.

Technical features:
(1) Drying plate
◎ Design pressure: Generally 0.4MPa, up to 1.6MPa.
◎ Maximum operating pressure: generally ≤0.4MPa, up to 1.6MPa. ◎ Heating medium: steam, hot water, thermal oil, drying pan temperature 100℃ use hot water heating, 100℃ ~ 150℃ with ≤0.4MPa saturated steam or superheated steam heating, 150℃ ~ 320℃ with thermal oil heating, > 320℃ can be heated by electricity, thermal oil, molten salt and other ways. (2) Material transfer system
◎ Spindle speed: 1 ~ 10 RPM, electromagnetic or variable frequency stepless speed regulation. Rake arm: There are 2 ~ 8 rake arms fixed on the main shaft on each layer of drying disc. Rake blade: twisted on the rake arm, can float up and down with the disk surface to maintain contact, there are many forms. Roller: For materials that are easy to caking and need to be crushed, the roller is added in the appropriate position to strengthen the heat transfer and drying process.
(3) The shell has three types of atmospheric pressure, closed, vacuum
◎ Atmospheric pressure type: cylinder or prism type, there are two kinds of whole and split structure. Heating medium inlet and outlet main pipe can be in the shell, can also be outside the shell. ◎ Closed type: cylindrical shell, can withstand 5Kpa internal pressure, heating medium inlet and outlet main pipe can be in the shell, can also be outside the shell. Vacuum type: cylindrical shell, design pressure is 0.1Mpa, heating medium inlet and outlet main pipe in the shell. (4) Air heater
is generally used in the case of large evaporation to enhance drying efficiency.
